यो कम्युनिटी हल र मन्दिर निर्माणमा सबै अस्टिनबासीहरूको दान-दक्षिणा र विश्वासलाई शिरोपर गर्दै, उक्त प्रतिबद्धताहरू पूरा गरेका व्यक्तिहरूले नै अगाडि सारेको संस्थापक पक्षको आधिकारिक टिम हो।

Honoring the trust, donations, and contributions of all Austin residents toward the construction of the community hall and temple, this is the official founding faction team brought forward by the very individuals who fulfilled those promises.

यो टिममा प्रायजसो नयाँ अनुहारहरू हुनुहुन्छ। यसमा कि त मन्दिरमा निरन्तर सेवा गर्दै थप योगदान दिन उत्सुक पुराना सदस्यहरू हुनुहुन्छ, कि त बिल्कुलै नयाँ तर काम गर्ने उच्च क्षमता र स्पष्ट भिजन लिएर आउनुभएका व्यक्तित्वहरू हुनुहुन्छ। त्यसैले यो एक अत्यन्तै सन्तुलित (Balanced) टिम हो।

This team mostly features new faces. It is composed either of long-standing members who are eager to continue serving and contributing to the temple, or completely new individuals who bring high capabilities and a clear vision. Therefore, it is a highly balanced team.

कुनै पनि पैसा तिरिसकेका ट्रष्टीहरूको सदस्यता खारेज गरिएको छैन। यस्ता कुराहरू पूर्णतः भ्रम मात्र हुन्।

The membership of any trustee who has paid their dues has absolutely not been canceled. Such claims are entirely baseless rumors.

यो संस्था अमेरिकामा रहेका नेपाली संस्थाहरूमध्ये आर्थिक पारदर्शिताका हिसाबले एक नमुना संस्था हो। सोही पारदर्शिता र कुशल व्यवस्थापनका कारण नै हामी आज ऋणमुक्त हुन सक्षम भएका छौं। सम्भवतः अमेरिकामा रहेका नेपाली संस्थाहरूमा बाह्य निष्पक्ष अडिट (External Independent Audit) सम्पन्न गर्ने यो नै पहिलो संस्था हो।

This organization is a role model for financial transparency among Nepalese organizations in America. It is precisely due to this transparency and efficient management that we have successfully become debt-free today. In fact, this is likely the first Nepalese organization in America to have successfully completed an external, independent audit.

GANS ले विगत दुई वर्षदेखि समाजमा एकता कायम गर्न विभिन्न प्रयासहरू गरिरहेको छ। मन्दिर निर्माणका क्रममा हामीले अभूतपूर्व रूपमा एकताबद्ध भई सफलता प्राप्त गरेकै हो। मन्दिर बनिसकेपछि केही वैचारिक भिन्नता वा गुटबन्दीहरू नदेखिएका भने होइनन्। तर, वर्तमान कार्यसमितिले यो विविधताका बीच पनि एकताको प्रयासलाई अगाडि बढायो, जसमा पछिल्लो एक वर्षमा हामी सफल पनि भयौं र संस्थाको आर्थिक संकलन समेत वृद्धि हुँदै गयो। नयाँ टिमले सोही सकारात्मक कार्यलाई निरन्तरता दिँदै दिगो एकताका लागि थप भेटघाट र छलफलहरू अगाडि बढाउनेछ। यस विषयलाई हाम्रो प्रमुख प्राथमिकतामा राखिएको छ। यो सबैको साझा मन्दिर हो र नयाँ आउने टिमले यसमा सबैको अझ बढी अपनत्व महसुस हुने वातावरण बनाउने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दछ।

Over the past two years, GANS has made various efforts to foster unity within the community. During the temple construction phase, we achieved success by working together in an unprecedentedly united manner. It is true that some ideological differences or factions emerged after the temple was built. However, the current executive committee pushed forward with unity efforts amidst this diversity, achieving success over the past year while also increasing the organization's fundraising. The new team will maintain this positive momentum and initiate further meetings and discussions to ensure sustainable unity. This issue is being kept as our top priority. This temple belongs to everyone, and the incoming team pledges to foster an environment where everyone feels an even greater sense of ownership.

विधानका विषयमा विशेष गरी सामाजिक सञ्जालमा धेरै भ्रमहरू फैलाइएका छन्, जुन पूर्णतः गलत हुन्। हामीले अध्ययन गर्दा के पाएका छौं भने, कतिपयले यस विधानलाई विद्यार्थी संगठन वा राजनीतिक दलका विधानसँग दाँजेर परिमार्जन गर्नुपर्ने सुझावहरू दिएका छन्। तर, यो विधान विशुद्ध रूपमा यस सामाजिक संस्थाको दीर्घकालीन हितलाई मध्यनजर गरी तयार पारिएको हो। यो विधान बनाउन निकै समय खर्चिएको छ र हाम्रै समाजका प्रबुद्ध व्यक्तित्वहरूसँगको निरन्तर संवादपछि मात्र यसलाई अन्तिम रूप दिइएको हो। यसका केही बुँदाहरू त आम सदस्यहरू माझ चुनावी प्रक्रियामार्फत नै पारित गरिएका हुन्। यति भन्दै गर्दा, नयाँ टिमले विधानमा केही परिमार्जन गर्दा मन्दिर विस्तार तथा व्यवस्थापनमा थप सुधार हुन्छ भने, त्यस विषयमा पनि खुला रूपमा छलफल अगाडि बढाउने नै छ।

Many misconceptions regarding the constitution have been spread, especially on social media, which are completely false. In our review, we found that several suggestions were made to revise this constitution by comparing it to the bylaws of student organizations or political parties. However, this constitution was written purely with the long-term interest of this social organization in mind. A significant amount of time was invested in drafting this constitution, and it was finalized only after continuous dialogue with scholars within our own community. Some of its clauses were even finalized by the general membership through a democratic voting process. That being said, if the new team finds that certain amendments to the constitution can further improve temple expansion and management, it will absolutely open up discussions on those matters.
